Not a lot that can go wrong here. They installed and worked like all other cartridges. I've tried and had bad luck with generic cartridges - stick with HP.

HP ink is the best ever. Have never had any problems with my print quality

I was expecting the ink to be low after printing a number of photos. I was surprised to see that it actually lasted for a decent amount of time after that.

I have purchased this item elsewhere many times I wasn't aware Best Buy carried it until now It was delivered the next day to my suprise This is now my go to for this product in the future

These cartridges the 62 seem to be more economically priced than the others I used before 60 on a prior printer. Time will tell if this plays out over time.

This is ink. It goes in your printer so when you click 'print' the ink gets smathered on the paper to produce your document. It works as intended. No complaints

The cartridge works as advertised. Had no problem installing the new cartridge and my HP printer automatically detected that it was a genuine HP product.

We always purchase the two pack of ink in advance so we always have both color and blank ink available when needed... HP ink has never let us down!

This was a great price for the 2 pack of ink carriages. It makes it easier to just have them on hand. Just in case you needed more and ran out.

On this purchase I was just needing some ink. It doesnt matter how many items I get at once I'm still treated like a valued customer. Been shopping there since they first opened in my city of Cuyahoga falls near Akron Ohio. It's been great since they've had online buying. It's great to have options. I feel that Best Buy gives me the best selection,price,etc. that I need for my shopping needs. I hope they dont disappear like most of my fave brick and mortar stores. I'll always be a customer.

I have had other printers over the years, and liked them. The ink, however was a different story. HP ink is dependable and always looks professional.

The two pack is convenient and cost effective. Makes for easy swap when a color or black ink cartridge is needed.
