    The ink cartridges are easy to open and install. This may sound frivolous, but with my arthritic hands I was no longer able to twist the orange tab off of my previous printer's cartridges. I am very satisfied with the vivid colors from this ink.

    I remember seeing this with lower prices online. I assumed I'd get a discount because I’m paying for the membership, but when I got to the store, it showed a different price. My concern is that when you acquire the $189 membership, you are being offered a lot of savings benefits, but there are many “exemptions” when you want to claim them for purchases, not just for this product. Customer service is good, but those details are not
