    It's Ink! Once I replaced both inks(though one still seemed to be OK according to the printer but with only with the indicated one only being replaced the printer still wouldn't work properly,really a printer software problem(error codes galore),NOT an ink quality one,I was able to print! Just wish there were indicators on the cartridges ,like on my inhaler to verify whether the ink is really out(they both felt full upon removal)!

    Very easy to install the color as well as the black ink cartridges to my printer. I don’t print a lot so I made sure to print something once a week to prevent the inks drying up.

    HP printers should always use HP ink if you want to keep the warranty in effect. I would stay away from generic ink if you want your printer to last!
