    Made mistake of trying to buy knockoff elsewhere. Took forever to get and quality was so-so. From Best Buy, it came quick and no problem with printer showing error message about ink level, etc.

    I did not remember the type of ink my printer took. The young man not only looked up the type of ink but also went and got it for me. Now that is what I call service.

    Not enough ink if you use it everyday day. Good quality if you have a nice printer. I have the envy 5000. I buy one cartridge every 3 months or so because i try not to print what I can send through email.

    I give it 4 out of 5. I knocked it down one star just because these cartridges kind of dry up if you don't use the printer often, but this is one of the more reasonably priced ink cartridges, so at least that is a positive.
