    Made mistake of trying to buy knockoff elsewhere. Took forever to get and quality was so-so. From Best Buy, it came quick and no problem with printer showing error message about ink level, etc.

    Ink Cartridge..Opened and installed in NEW printer.. Would not work. loaded printer to computer and it tells me in cartridge is empty. Returned to the store only to get a bunch of lip from a young cashier.. " You can not return because its opened.. No joke, how do you suggest i try to install without opening.. Get me a manager..
