    Ink Cartridge..Opened and installed in NEW printer.. Would not work. loaded printer to computer and it tells me in cartridge is empty. Returned to the store only to get a bunch of lip from a young cashier.. " You can not return because its opened.. No joke, how do you suggest i try to install without opening.. Get me a manager..

    Not enough ink if you use it everyday day. Good quality if you have a nice printer. I have the envy 5000. I buy one cartridge every 3 months or so because i try not to print what I can send through email.

    I give it 4 out of 5. I knocked it down one star just because these cartridges kind of dry up if you don't use the printer often, but this is one of the more reasonably priced ink cartridges, so at least that is a positive.

    I can only find this ink regularly at Best Buy. I find that to be the case with most products that I buy. The people always so helpful and friendly. The level of knowledge is superior to any other store I've been in.

    This cartridge seems to be fine. i have had 2 cartridges that have been failures. they ran out of ink or stopped working way too soon. HP replaced them for me upon returning them
