Except if on the store shelf to long the ink doesn't last long and not enogh ink in them anyway. Especilly if your printing photo. You might can do 15 photos. I would rather have a differnt printer that has better ink quality then the hp products.

Best Buy had no replacement cartridges in the store, so they had one mailed to me. I haven’t tried it out yet.

(HP Deskjet 3755) My printer is constantly offline and prints out useless HP diagnostics wasting my ink and paper!! This this happens EVERY time, I am beginning to think HP purposely sets up printers to do that so you run out of ink and have to buy again and again - They really want you to sign up for HP ink replacement service through them - now I know why!

I regret that you have had this experience, but it sounds like it is the internet connection for your printer that is the problem more than the cartridges themselves.
There is an app that can help with various printing problems. The Print and Scan Doctor might be able to help you. Find details and a way to download it here: support.hp.com/us-en/help/printscandoctor-printing-problems
The seller is responsible for the product you bought from them. If the poor performance appears to be due to the individual cartridge itself, consider contacting the seller.
