    HP in general is a ripoff. Runs out ink FAST! (HP Deskjet 3755) My printer is constantly offline and prints out useless HP diagnostics wasting my ink and paper!! This this happens EVERY time, I am beginning to think HP purposely sets up printers to do that so you run out of ink and have to buy again and again - They really want you to sign up for HP ink replacement service through them - now I know why!

      I regret that you have had this experience, but it sounds like it is the internet connection for your printer that is the problem more than the cartridges themselves.

    I purchased this cartridge(along with the black) in order to complete a project I was printing. After replacing it, I was only able to print 36 pages. The color cartridge is suppose to print 120 pages(black 100 pages), and I was only able to print 36!!!

      Hi,

      I am sorry that the cartridge didn't last as long as you thought it should. The estimates of pages printed are based on standards set for the industry. How a cartridge will perform in your own printer will vary according to usage and environmental factors.

      Ink usage determines how long a cartridge lasts. High-density prints (such as images and graphs) will use more ink, especially if the paper is highly absorbent and the air is dry.

      Here are some things that might help lower your ink usage:
      - Make use of the printer's draft mode whenever possible, to help stretch out your ink
      - Using the black-only setting will save on colored ink usage.
      - Shut the printer down between uses; however, always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying.
      - Consider getting Instant Ink. The subscription plans let you pay by the page. Check out the details at: instantink.com

      The seller is responsible for the product they sent to you. If it was low on ink when it arrived, or if a defect is stopping it from printing, contact the seller about that.

    This cartridge was defective. It only printed in green color. Best Buy had no replacement cartridges in the store, so they had one mailed to me. I haven’t tried it out yet.
