    Product was very reasonable in price and is working well. I received a great help from the store associate who showed me around the different products to me and how they work before making my choice. I did not wait long in the line to see the cashier to make my payment. I will always shop there and also recommend my friends to shop at that particular store.

    I have purchased over the years several printers from Best Buy; Some I passed on and one I returned because I don't have a smart phone to "scan" , etc. So I went back to you and purchased HP ENVY 6055e and love it. It prints beautifully and recently I purchased Black ink 67 and ordered and received at home color ink. I am very pleased with my ENVY printer and tell all my family and friends about it and what it means for me to have an easy-to-use printer.

    I normally like this ink but have been have problems using it with my HPENVY PRO62. I keep running out of ink very fast. Is the printer out of date?

    Easy to install. Prints images clearly. I do wish it provided more pages before running out of ink. From what I've read I should be able to get approximately 120. I get maybe half that.

    I enjoy the legible results of each print job. My only issue is that my last 2 ink cartridges purchased appeared to no longer print legibly, leaving portions of words and sentences missing. I do not use the printer daily, nor weekly. The printer may be used once to twice a month. Regardless, the ink should not appear to have gone into a state of being dried out and no longer useful.
