The laptop was provided by Joy Systems on behalf of Best Buy. Delivery was quick. The laptop looked like it was brand new. I had a small issue with the laptop but Joy Systems responded professionally and with great customer care. I am a happy customer and will buy from Joy Systems again.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished laptop but also didn’t want to shell a lot of money and I’m so glad I went for this laptop. It is like new with no physical damage and runs smoothly. The only thing I missed is that it has no slot for SD card. The SIM card slot is also sealed shut - though I don’t need this it. Other than that, it has all the things I need (USB, HDMI, ethernet slots) for Peace Corps work without having to buy additional gadgets. I also love that it isn’t touch screen.

This computer looks and works great! Minor and very reasonable signs of wear and great performance so far. I'm glad I went the refurbished route!

Arrived quickly despite the 1 day delay. Packaged securely and delivered in one piece. Haven't tested the laptop for performance yet, will add a review later.

Overall, the laptop is a good product, and works well.. Soft touch keys allow for faster information update and comfortable typing as well. Its speed is good, bit the only thing I think is missing is the touch screen? This is something I thought was part of the product features, so using the great Total Tech to evaluate this missing option

Nice laptop, even though it's not the latest generation processor, it's still fast enough for what I need.

We needed a new laptop in our bicycle shop that was fast enough to run e-bike diagnostic programs, show video and slideshow presentations, and map routes - and this laptop does the trick! Fast, plenty of storage, and super user friendly. Joy Systems also provided very helpful setup information to get us off the ground and running when it arrived. Highly recommend all the way around!
