Easy to install and good quality product. Cartridge was delivered quickly.

The cartridge may seem pricy but I am still using the same cartridge that came with my printer when I purchased it and I have used it a lot. The best part is the cartridge uses toner not liquid ink so it will never dry out.

I've always purchased my electronic goods at Best Buy and will always continue to purchase my electronic needs at Best Buy. Due to availability and knowledge of Best Buy associates at Best Buy.

Sticking with the manufacturer authorized toner as recommended. The cartridge seems to last forever considering the amount of print jobs that have been issued for high school projects this past few months.

Great print cartridge and very wonderful that there is a recycling program recycling offered. I think that's wonderful that at HP is doing its job! I was even able to install the cartridge myself myself!
