Great laptop so far. Fast processor, lots of space and lightweight. Easy to use for work, school and entertainment. Clean modern design.

Can’t complain, laptop matches all of what I needed. I think my only issue is that it kept doing System BIOS updates (I think that’s what it’s called) upon every startup, which I’m sure can be fixed pretty easily, just wish it came without that. The computer works hard, but the fan works harder :)

I bought this laptop because of its configurations and it worked well for 2 years and suddenly got an error of "Nvme SSD 313 error", spent more $550 to buy this laptop and in 2 years then goes off, lost all data now. Was planning to buy another for my kid and now i have to rethink to buy from best buy.

Received the laptop about a week ago and it is exactly as advertised. Excellent condition and very easy set up process. Very good value for a refurbished machine. Joy systems did a great job

I was hesitant because it is a refurbished item but I was surprised on the awesome quality.

Reasonably priced and great. The laptop looks brand new. The ipad is being very much enjoyed by my wife. I have not opened the box for my printer yet.

My daughter had this computer for 2 weeks and it wouldn’t power on. We returned it.
