    The 902 XL black ink cartridge contains more black ink than the non XL cartridge. It is is more expensive but is worth it if you print a lot.

    The 902 black ink works great. However the day after I installed the cartridge the printer died and I had to buy a new printer, I purchased a Envy Inspire. This printer works very well, really happy with it.

    The cartridge works as advertised. My only issue is that I bought this cartridge at my Best Buy store. It was one of the few they had left. The store employee advised me that when they run out they are not stocking them anymore. He advised that HP cartridges would have to be purchased online from then on. I like stopping in at my Best Buy store to look around and buying ink cartridges gives me an excuse to go. I guess I won't be stopping in as much in the future.
