The employee in that area of the store was very helpful and did my check out and payment at a nearby register, so I didn't have to wait in line at the all-store cashier registers. The ink works fine, of course. I'm still trying to figure out how to implement the automatic ordering of HP ink by my HP printer . It wasn't as straightforward on the web site as it was made to sound.

They make their money by gauging customers. I was in a pinch and didn’t have time to hunt down a functional third party alternative (HP routinely updates their printers firmware to make third party ink cartridges not work in their printers), so I had to bite the bullet and by their ink. It works fine, but I paid to much for it (this isn’t Best Buy’s fault. It’s how HP prices their product).

Printer problems are a thing of the past

Back in school and printing more than I used to. Nothing worse than running out of ink at midnight. Not a worry with this great program. The printer is as amazing as I would expect, the print cartridges last and when I need one its already here delivered before I need it. Can't praise this product and program enough.
