Spoke to the rep on the floor. Very helpful. Spoke to the cashier where I paid & she was very helpful on Best Buy’s return policies on this particular product, should I have had to do so - which I didn’t. She also gave me a tip on matching product numbers up on the old cartridges & the new BEFORE I opened the packaging on the new ones - which I did. Everything matched & worked perfectly.”Measure twice, Cut once” is a good rule.
