    I’m happy I was able to receive this ink cartridge because unfortunately the other 3 colors that my printer need is empty, with no replacement ink on the way.

    Never got the ink. For some reason I can’t get the correct shipping address for the ink. Every time I try, I get the “change address” site which has the correct shipping address. Never can get a live person when trying to contact.

    I did not order this product. Auto ink on a defective new printer was able to order it and I was charged. HP assured me I would not be charged.

      I am very sorry that your order was not correct. I can understand why you rated this so low.

      Since you ordered this from Best Buy rather than straight from HP, you will need to get in touch with Best Buy to have them handle this. They are the ones responsible for the products they sell.
