    The person on the phone advised me of the type of ink I needed to purchase for my new HP Printer. When I went to the store, the sales person advised me that this was not the correct ink and took me to the printer section and gave me the correct ink. She was both knowledgeable and courteous and saved me from buying the wrong ink. She advised me it is best to always check with the sales person on site to avoid buying the wrong item.

    It is cheaper to use XL for black ink. I use regular for the colors and they run out at about the same time.

    Worked perfect. Plug and print. Non branded inks won’t work for hp printers. Save yourself the aggravation and get this.

    I bought this ink cartridge for my home printer to assist me with work assignments. I was not disappointed. I was able to print out multiple assignments before I needed to order a replacement. The ink color was excellent and met my day to day needs.

    The cartridge was easy to install once I was able to get the loader door open on the printer. This is not my first time using HP Cartridges and I have been very happy with the product.
