There were no packages on the self, but someone used their phone and saw there was one left in store. We found it laying on the shelf instead of hanging up.

Easy to install and give professional quality output. Wish the printer was designed to hold larger capacity ink cartridges as replacements costs can get high if a lot of printing takes place.

Its wet, it works, it prints whatever needs to be printed. I would buy again as long as i ha e the printer. Otherwise I will need to buy a new printer. Do not buy if your printer is NOT a HP. I doubt it will work with anything else

I do not like the HP instant ink program because they always deliver my ink late and so it's much better to just order it from Best Buy as needed.
