    This is the best ink cartridge. I have purchased other and then wondered why. HP is a very good cartridge and they stand behind them. In 15 years I have had about 4 or 5 bad ones and Best Buy has exchanged them with no problem. I always buy XL because I get more copies for the money. Over 15 years, I have found them dependable and easy to load. "Best Buy" really

    The HP that was sold to me is excellent. The associate who helped me then was excellent. The associate who helped find the ink was very helpful. Never have had any concerns with employees in this store. Thank you.

    They work. I had a subscription to HP and was not using the ink very often. When I cancelled the subscription, the ink cartridges they ha sent did not work in the printer. Smart cartridges. Best Buy cartridges work without an ongoing monthly subscription.

    The product does exactly what is says it's going to do. High yield, for up to 2.5x more pages than the non-LX version. The documents i printed out were on point. The outer package looks amazing. You can literally print the Colors of the Rainbow and it'll look like a rainbow. Highly recommended.
