    Ink replacement b&w with color cartridges are ridiculously expensive at $100, since the holiday sale printer price was $189.00. Non HP cartridges do not work as well. Need a better option. HP and/or Best Buy needs to do better pricing. Way over the top profit margin.

    Was a little leary of anything HP since I've had trouble with HP printers and laptops in the past. This one is working great so far, it's still very new, but no issues at all. Bought it because I started a small business and it supports Windows 11, which most printers don't.

    No problem with the replacemet , but the pack sold with the machine was VERY shortlived, and the machine is indicating that the color inks need to be replaced and I have not used them at all.

    Bought a new HP printer and was not told that HP printers only use HP Ink. Cannot use third party ink which is much cheaper and just as good. Printer will not work unless cartridge ha a HP chip. I believe printers manufactured in 2023 to present. I am done with HP products.

    A bit expensive and yet worked perfectly because it was same brand as my printer. Don't buy off brand ink. It oftentimes does not work
