After purchasing the 8130 printer and ignoring the discount ink program I find the ink cartridges are nowhere near the 950 serious in capacity. Also the screen is positioned quite nicely for a 6 year old making operations cumbesome. This model will not be used in my office after the frustration factor motivates me to replace it

I went to different office supply stores to obtain an HP black ink cartridge without success but luckily found one at Best Buy. The customer service was great! I have always had excellent service at Best Buy with my past purchases. The HP ink cartridge was easy to install in my printer and has provided good quality copies. Thank you!

This ink works great with the printer. It is designed for. Prints great black color on the page. I will buy it again and again I would definitely recommend getting it. It goes a long ways.

Works great but very expensive. Then again, printer ink is the bane of every printer's (you, not the machine) existence. I can't say how the price compares to other inks and so I'll just say that the quality is good and I will continue to buy this.

The black cartridge leaked a bit like the one I got before. I told HP and all they said was "order from us". There's had a slight leak too. I made it work, and printer is working fine.

Ink prices are just ridiculous. However this is a good quality ink. Just wish the prices weren’t so high.

my printer quit so i had to get a new one. amazon LOST my 1st one. 2nd one was to technical to get set up even with phillipine employees 3 hrs. to get set up for me by phone. 3rd one has the MOST COMPLICATED cartridge replacements i've had in 25 yrs! BB, please have your employees show buyer how to install these cartridges as it's not easy especially for us sr. users! Thanks!!
