I've tried no-name replacement cartridges and ones that have been refilled. To me it's worth the extra bucks to get something that works. I've never had an issue with HP cartridges, but they command a premium price.

How can anyone say anything bad about an HP ink cartridge!!!!! It does the job as it is supposed to do and does an alignment check before it allows one to print! I tried the fill it yourself ink cartridges and they don't work well. I'll stick with HP!!!!

My printers are old. I tried using another company's refilled cartridges several years ago, but they just didn't work when printing photos. Left a blue cast the photo, and I got a cranky notice from the porinter about a non-HP ink cartridge in use.

this cartridge worked better than the refilled ones I was using, but I prefer purchasing the combo pack because they are less costly.

I bought these because I needed ink right away. They were easy to install and worked great. The colors were great when printing both text and pictures.

I have tried generic brands in an effort to save money but I have always had issues with them so I am forced to use the HP brand. I wish it was cheaper but it works well and seems to last a reasonably long time.

Quality oem cartridges from Hp for Hp printers. Best Buy had competitive pricing for original printer cartridges. I am glad I purchased HP brand over generic replacement units for I never have a problem with inferior quality ink.

As the subject indicates but I feel that this expiration date imposed by HP on their cartridges is a scam to buy more cartridges before they have been used fully! I don't print often and when I do it really stinks to find the printer saying my ink has expired! Not to mention the cost of these things!

I always buy HP in this model 'cos that's what my printer requires. This time I was pleasantly surprised to find a lower-capacity, lower-priced version of the cartridge at Best Buy. This one really fits my budget this month.

Ink is really expensive. The inability to reuse cartridge with refill ink is a disappointment.. One can refill but the software does not recognize it as being refilled. Could reset the cartridge code in the past but no more.

We print a lot, and the cartridges at Best Buy, with points and discounts, make it a great buy. Long lasting ink, so simple to install.

The right ink jet cartridges make all the difference! Doesn't work to substitute with those that might "cross over" apparently! I tried and the printer rejected it! So staying with the exact ones are the way to go!
