I ordered generic refilled cartridges first and my printer made a terrible growling noise...plus they didn't work. The seller on Amazon seemed offended by this:) I was able to do a price match for this product at my local Best Buy store from a site online, plus the advantage of having the store right here in case of any problems.

I needed to print a paper for school in all black text, however. I had low ink on magenta. Unfortunately Hp thinks it is necessary to have all color levels full in order to print black text documents. I had no option but to purchase this. They work as intended as long as they are the ones your printer uses.

I’ve always used genuine HP ink cartridges and have been pleased. I purchased them at my local store that has been “remodeled”, definitely not a fan of the new store layout.

I have an older HP printer but I really like it so it was worth paying nearly $90.00 for the cartridge refills.

The ink is great for the printer at a great price.

Like the black ink I bought, this was a repeat purchase. I continue to buy this ink because it lasts longer and produces a good quality image. Doesn't dry out as quickly as some others which is important to me because I don't print a lot of pages.

I buy this 3 pack HP color ink because it is less expensive than buying them separately. Also it seems that as soon as I change out the depleted cartridge (blue this time) another color will message me that it is "damaged or needs changing" (yellow this time), even though the gauge doesn't show it to be empty. It may be a problem with the printer itself, not the cartridges. Other than that, these are excellent color cartridges.

Cartridges installed easily and work well. Decided to stay with HP name brand with this printer (Officejet Pro 8610) after I seemed to have issues with used cartridges from the refill store on my last printer. HP cartridges are more expensive but watching for sales and/or purchasing at Best Buy helps control cost.

I wait for the sale and then buy from Best Buy. Ink is then best buy around Sorry no pun intended. Appreciate stores' price matching. I buy in store since even if not in stock then through their in store computer so store gets credit - want brick and morter stores to exist in future.

HP ink is always high quality, easy to install & use.

I've always heard the stick with the original ink cartridges. And these ink cartridges work way better than any after market.

Ink for HP printer -- lasts a pretty long time and is easy to remove old cartridge and insert a new one.

HP inks are a quality product for the price. I try to use black ink whenever possible, but sometimes you have to print in color. Go for the quality.

This multi ink cartridge was a very good value at Best Buy. It is approximately 15 to 20% higher at most office supply places. (Same exact item) and you get reward points like at office supply places.

My old HP OfficeJet Pro inkjet finally quit after over 15 years of dependable service. I ended up buying a HP OfficeJet Pro 8620 as a replacement. The difference between the two is that the ink cartridges are much easier to replace (although they were never difficult). The quality remains excellent.

Staff was great! Unfortunately I had to return this item because my printer crashed before I used the ink. Product has always been 5 star.

It's ink.. but it's HP ink and over the years has been the most consistent (over generics) for reliability and fading. I've never jammed up a printer with HP ink, and will continue to pay the extra money to ensure my printers stay healthy.
