    Not happy with the product. Printer is fine, the ink way to expensive, and if the black cartridge is empty I have to put a new one including the color one. Even do the color stilt full. What I’m trying to say is that U need to Change the black and the color cartridges at the same time, otherwise the printer won’t work.

    I always buy my ink cartridges at Best Buy as they have the best prices for this and I only buy quality HP in as it last the longest and is quality for all my printing.

    The product is fine but the security guard at the Rockville store threatened me for tampering with the product and I have filed complaints with the company but I am not satisfied and will consider filing a claim in small claims court for the abuse.
