Good product, produces clean and crisp prints. A bit expensive tho…

I had previously gotten an off brand cartridges and while they claimed to print same number of pages as this one, they didn't last to print 1/4 of their claimed number. These cartridges are still going strong! But are expensive.

I have been using hp ink for over 15 years. I like the quality of printing. They are so easy to use. I just pop the old one out, insert the new one, and I am soon ready to print. The cartridges also, have a great shelf life on-hand.

Exactly what I needed! Tried ordering market brand, but it did not work.

People think ink is ink and it doesn’t matter what one purchases, cost being the main factor. But there can be subtle differences in ink quality. HP ink is “formulated” to be high quality ink. The HP ink cartridges have built into them the “smarts” to control each micro dot of ink that is put on the surface of a medium and specifically designed to work with its respective HP family printer class.

Lasts a long time for daily usage. Easy to install.

The ink has great quality, easy to install on the printer.

The ink is good, the reward program at Best Buy use to be good, but the new reward program makes Best Buy uncompetitive. I will no longer be purchasing products just at Best Buy and will purchase products at the lowest price. If Best Buy brings back their former rewards program I will reconsider purchasing products from Best Buy.

A great product from HP! Works like a charm and no worries like a knock-off would be. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The cartridges are good but it would be perfect is black was included with it. As the price is comparable to other retailers. It was easy to replay.

Of course, Ink is a standard office product used daily. It lacks the kind of exotic appeal of some other products, such as a printer itself. I like this HP-962-3Pack Standard Capacity Ink cartridge because it is reasonably priced, installs easily and creates sharp print. I will buy it again.

Cartridges easy to install. Ink quality good. Wish they would use the same cartriges in all their printers to save the customer money and would kept the customer from switching brands.

I love buying my own ink! So far so good team. We got this new printer and was debating the monthly subscription vs. buying your own ink. What the promo ink subscription does not tell you is that they take away the free ink that comes with your printer purchase. It was really frustrating to hear that it was part of the deal and so I had to purchase new ink and voila, it was the best move ever. We are in June and we still have ink. I use it for school and been printing many pages (beyond the subscription capacity). So buying the ink is better value!

Always buy the same brand ink as your printer. Dont buy the generic
