    Bought an ink cartridge for my printer but got the wrong one. The assistant got me the correct catridge and did the refund and the new charge in just a few mjnutes. Very efficient. No hassle and a very pleasant experience. Well done!

    The cartridges are hard to install without having them pop our repeatedly but maybe because I am new to inkjets. And the color saturation is not as good as with a laserjet. But it suffices.
