    Bought an ink cartridge for my printer but got the wrong one. The assistant got me the correct catridge and did the refund and the new charge in just a few mjnutes. Very efficient. No hassle and a very pleasant experience. Well done!

    Only use real HP inks in your printer. I tried off brand and eventually had to change back. Savings not worth the difference

    The cartridges are hard to install without having them pop our repeatedly but maybe because I am new to inkjets. And the color saturation is not as good as with a laserjet. But it suffices.

    While there are a lot of different inks on the market, HP ink cartridges are always of the highest quality. The cartridges are specially designed to work with each printer family. The cartridges contain the “brains” that control each micro drop of ink that’s placed on the paper.
