I went to Best Buy to search for the print cartridge. It was evening and business was slow. I was directed to an aisle in the rear and searched the shelves. A nice young woman assisted me . Then she called a man to come take my order; it wasn't in stock. He too was helpful and friendly. Beyond good customer service, the cartridge fits perfectly into my printer and I now have a good supply of black ink. Very satisifed.

Great ink pack. I'm able to print many pages for this black and white pack.

I purchased a HP Printer at Best Buy during Covid, and it is has been working great these past 5 years. The Cartridge is great when I have had to change it out numerous times as I do lots of printing.

Always best to buy the real thing. I’ve purchased brand x and had to throw it away.

This is the ink cartridge that fits my HP printer. I really like how east it is to remove the old one and replace with the new. Use XL for black so i don't have to replace so often.

Best Buy has been my 'Go-To' for big electronics purchases for decades. More recently, I have found that I appreciate their offerings and savings on smaller items as well. These ink cartridges are getting hard to find, but I found them at Best Buy!

Carefully Read the “Instant Ink” Terms! And then dismissed them because they do not apply. The programs has nothing to do with the amount of EQ use instead the HP branded instant program charges you per page that’s right for each piece of paper you print paper you have purchased resolving the dispute with this division of the HP Corporation is likened to freezing water in a hot oven! The buyers you need program for the cartridges is time tested and highly recommended. If you have more than one printer, or the need for more than one printer, be certain that they both use these same cartridge for economies of scale.

Works in the printer. Lasts quite a while, especially if you dont print that much. A bit expensive.

Good ink but way overpriced. Best Buy free shipping makes its better.

Too Many surveys. Great Product, but too often too many surveys.

I LOVE the extra ink I get in my HP 962XL!! I always get this one for my black printer ink needs.

Awesome sevice. Product was of high quality. Service was prompt. Workers were very helpful and courteous. Product ordered was in the store when I arrived I didn’t have my order number but worker assured me that it was no problem and she looked up the item using my drivers license. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone. One of the workers also helped me locate copy paper since it was moved. Awesome experience
