    We recently acquired an HP printer that was an updated version of one that stopped working out-of-the-blue; Best Buy replaced it because of the warranty we had. The 962 cartridges that it they use last a relatively long time and provide high quality printing without smudges/smearing. We are quite glad we decided to continue in this direction.

    I always buy OEM ink, rather than yielding to the temptation of refilling my ink cartridges (which voids the printer warranty, I believe), and these cartridges never disappoint or cause any problems with my printer. A little pricey, but printer ink always is. And this is relatively long-lasting.

    Do love the quality and quantity of the XL ink. beware not to mix XL black with L color, it could be the reason why yr printer gets jammed and stops working.

    This ink is just what I need for my new computer. The XL ink is a good choice and lasts much longer....of course. Genuine HP ink is good quality and the cartridge fits into my printer easily. There are other choices on the market but I continue to buy HP ink. I like I can recycle the used cartridges.
