    The ink is expensive and the "instant ink" is far from instant. It took a week to receive the last cartridge!

      Hi,

      It's a shame the other was sent to the wrong place. That should not happen! I think the best idea is to contact support. The Best Buy support link, www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/, is a great place to figure out the shipping mishap. I would also check the address on your Best Buy account. I hope your next order goes better.
