Not so impressive. Stopped working on the 3rd day. I exchanged it but the concept and screen were awesome.

This item was not for me. Returned it immediately. No real fuction or use. Seemed like a waste of my money

I inadvertently ordered this model online thinking I was ordering a Windows 11 model. This is Chrome tower. I decided to give it a chance for 3 weeks since my needs are basic. I did like the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and the swivel monitor but that’s where it ends. One app I use stopped working and there is no Google support. When I spoke to an HP rep he said he does not recommend this model because of lack of Google support. I returned and exchanged for a Windows model.

I really like the concept of this, but the display seems very dull and almost yellow across half of the display. I hope I just got a lemon. the limited reviews I've seen talk about the display being bright. Not mine. I'll be returning it, but hoping to see one on display at a store so I can confirm if I got a lemon. If I can confirm, I'd re-purchase this hopefully getting a good one.

Worked great for the first 4 months - now it randomly crashes and closes apps or windows - will not wake from sleep and just all around trash - I am returning it & getting my money back - I’ve only had it for 5 months

Love the look and only one cable, and the display, but I have had so much trouble getting the keyboard to pair up. I could not get the first computer's keyboard to pair up to Bluetooth, despite four calls to HP, and many frustrating hours trying to get help over five days. I returned it, got another pc (you have to return the entire set), new keyboard did pair, but goes off several times a day, and it's hard to get it to pair again. Now, the mouse is doing the same thing. Think I am returning this one, and buying a different computer. I do not recommend.

I love every feature but one. I have a Logitech - MK320 Full-size Wireless Optical Keyboard and Mouse Bundle. I cannot disable the on-screen keyboard. I have followed the Google OS instructions to disable the on-screen feature. That has not worked. The Best Buy site description of this chromebase offers a Logitec MK 540 with a bundled price. Is that the only Logitec keyboard that is supported by this computer? My keyboard worked fine for a few days and then the onscreen keyboard keeps popping up. VERY ANNOYING.

Total crap…how HP and Google can release a product where the blue tooth drops out out of the blue every time you use the pc is crap. Stay far away from this all in one. I liked the concept, the rotating screen and wireless keyboard and mouse but my god man how the heck are you to use the device when both keyboard and mouse Bluetooth connection drops out and all you can do is rebooting the device. And yes, I have the most current Chrome updates installed.

I love this computer. I've wanted to go back to a desktop computer for years, but there were no Chrome-based All-in-One desktops until now. I compared this HP to the Acer and decided to upgrade from a HP 14" Chromebook to this HP Chromebase. It was very easy to set up, and even connected instantly to my HP printer, which surprised me because setting the same printer up with the 14" Chromebook was a nightmare. The screen resolution is very good, but I found that changing the zoom setting to less than 100% helps some pages look sharper. Someone mentioned that their screen was yellow. I found the same thing initially, but discovered that the adaptive night mode was turned on by default. I turned that off and adjusted the brightness settings and am very happy with the overall display. The rotating screen is great and changes orientation very quickly. It's nice to be able to read a long article in vertical mode, as it cuts down on the amount of scrolling required. My only complaint, and the reason I took off one star is the mouse and keyboard. While the keyboard is "full size", it doesn't have a number pad and just seems a bit too small. They both connect very easily via Bluetooth but the keyboard goes into sleep mode every few minutes, so that there is a lag of a few seconds when you start to type anything. My biggest complaint: the mouse jumps when trying to scroll up or down. Changing the scroll speed in the settings didn't correct this, and it got so annoying that I just gave up and changed out the mouse and keyboard to an old trusty Logitech. The speaker is very impressive and watching videos on this is as good as any TV I have. I haven't done any Zoom meetings yet, but it has a switch that lets you turn off the camera, microphone or both during a meeting. I only use the computer for web browsing, some light apps and an occasional spreadsheet or word document. It is more than adequate for that amount of light use. I don't know if it is suitable for more intense business applications, but for students and home use, I would definitely recommend it.

Pros- Purchased from kids to do homework on and set up was easy peasy. Processor is fast. Looks are great. Screen good! Speaker has good sound and loud. What I love the best is that since its for the kids, it doesn't have all the apps that are available but not noticable on screen. Especially, since we are using it for school syncing to Google Classroom. Also, it was very afforable and needed for kids homework. Cons- Keyboard is small but it's perfect for the kids. I (adult) have used it with no problems.

This item was frozen from the time it was turned on. We called HP, after being on the phone with them for about an hour, they recommend too return it. They couldn’t get it to work. It was returned. Also the keyboard was not full size.

Horrible had various connection issues, keyboard and mouse called tech support all they offered was a return for repair NEVER AGAIN BUM PRODUCT

it was damage; sent it back the next day; you have it; I am waiting for my refund.

So many problems, even 20 year old grandson encouraged me to take itback.

Amazing device, love the swivel screen, and Chrome OS runs super smooth! A great device for family and casual use. Can't wait for the i3 version to come out too, I'll probably upgrade again.

I like this desktop as a Chromebook as it has the screen size of a desktop monitor.

I received mine on December 21 Tuesday. It runs smoothy even with the included 4 GB DDR4 3200 memory in this chrome OS. The Geek Squad at Fox Point WI did a wonderful upgrade to increase RAM to 16 GB. Terrific service! By the way, the camera has a higher resolution than other all-in-one desktop computers.
