Do not Buy

All I needed was something that had at least a 6th generation i5 or 7th i3. 8g off DDR4 and it had to be small. Didn't need anything fancy for the job. After comparing Different models I settled on This PC I Hesitant on buying a refurbished PC but I figured it's Best Buy I'm in good hands I was 100% wrong. You would assume all the Standard cables that came with this PC would be inside the Box You would be wrong No vga cable. After Spending $25 on a vga cable just so I could hook it up I press the power button and nothing happens and before someone ask the obvious question yes everything was plugged in properly. The computer itself is Getting power I can tell this by a green flashing light Inside the case but the power button does not work. Needless to say but ill be returning this pc just wish i could get back all the time wasted waiting on shipping and driving back and forth.

Mismatched PC

The processor is not matched with the description. Chatted with BB, they just ignored and misled me to refund, instead of sending the correct pc.

Dead item just re-sold over again

We turned it on, and it spinned the fan like crazy and made four beeps. That must be something about the power supply. And at least one-star review of a prior customer says exactly the same. That means that the device is not even touched after return, just re-sold. BestBuy, do you accept that?

Great replacement drive

Horrible experience
