I took this printer in November Deals and i have already refilled the ink twice within 2 months. Look for the different printer which ink lost longer and print more documents

If I would have known you had to have the phone connected to an app that the printer is connected to & all this extra stuff, I would have got a different printer

This printers serves its purpose but dont expect any magic. Scan quality is also good and fhe product does not present any connection issues at all.

This HP Printer is excellent, but for someone like me who runs multiple copies [300 per month], the cartridges are too expensive, so I returned this item.

I brought the printer on a deal for $19.99 , but every time I wanted to print out a document it would say the color ink cartridge is empty. The box comes with one black ink cartridge and one color ink cartridge. I didn't understand how it was still recognizing it as empty. I even updated the firmware as instructed by HP's help website - still didn't work. I had to return it.

value to the money. but they works only for 1-2 years. after that i had issues with the ink/not printing properly..etc..

You get what you pay for with this printer. Quality is not great but I signed up for free ink plan for occasional printing needs

The ink does not last long and changing a cartridge is delicate. However, the price in relation to need is good.

Delivered soaking wet. Had covered canopy left in puddle. Very disappointed. Over seas CS is very sad as well. Was meant for gift now dunno.

This printer is not up to date with internet setting or wifi. It works on 2.4 when I'm on a 5G wifi setting so it not linking wireless

recently setup printer, time will tell. once advice do not sign up for instant ink, not satisfy with them. I may return printer ???

I primarily use it for school printing but it runs out extremely fast & the ink is so expensive to replace.

I bought the printer on black friday. So far it does a good job printing but the black ink it came with is not functional.

You can't buy ink for what it cost. Problematic for older folks who aren't so savvy with computers and phones to set up.

Would only recommend this to people who rarely print and just need one every once in a while . Very basic features .

The printer is ok. I had problems connecting my device to the printer wirelessly in the beginning.

While it prints and scans adequately, be informed that the free ink option that was heavily promoted when this device came out suddenly was dropped and now requires a paid plan. Reading the fine print, it appears that this was HP's plan all along, as it was clearly stated that they could change the pricing with one month's notice.

You have to pay a monthly installment in order to use this printer, which I find kind of weird but it works.

It prints well but uses tons of ink. While it is a good price, you will easily make up for it in ink within 3-6 months
