Very disappointed as I expected it to last at least a year. Wasn’t worth fixing. Just waited until the printers went in sale again and then bought another one.

I only printed almost twenty sheets and you're already asking me to refill the colored ink and I printed it in draft mode. Came missing the USB cable and had to get it in a store.

Since you mentioned already printing in draft mode, one other thing to try is setting the printer to print black and white only. If you find you're still using quite a bit, Instant Ink might just be worth a try. Many customers like our available plans, as they're based on how many pages you print monthly. I have old Canon printer but needed WiFi capable printer. I barely used it. Then WiFi stopped and would not connect. Then the printer itself went WAKO! Would not print. So I bought and replaced expensive inks (costs more than this printer) but still would not print. Search the internet but no help. So I trashed it. NEVER going to buy HP. I bought Brother printer and works excellent.

Also I don’t use enough ink to justify paying for ink monthly. There also is not a port so you can connect a computer right up to it, you need Wi-Fi.

Got it working. Then the third time we tried to use it, we kept receiving an error message stating it was offline. Information page which printed says the WiFi network was offline. Have been unable to get it connected to print again even trying to uninstall and reinstall the printer to start from the beginning. Would buy a better printer next time.

I even bought a printer cable to print directly and it still does not work. I have gotten the printer to print 2 times and both times the words came out with lines in them and the pages were cut off. Stay away do not buy!!!!
