Low end printer

EASY TO USE

The program they have for replacing ink cartridges is very simple. The program automatically knows when to send more ink cartridges which is convenient and has a reasonable cost point. I still have the printer and it still works very well. Any troubleshooting is accomplished easily. This was na great purchase!

Great for price

The only thing I've across was the ink had a brand new package installed and was printing like it had no ink very light. Package was sitting in my desk for a few months so don't know about the quality of the ink.

IM JUST HAVING AN ISSUE WITH ADDING MORE THAN ONE OF THE SAME PRINTERS TO ONE COMPUTER SO THAT MY MOM WHO DOESN'T HAVE A WINDOWS COMPUTER CAN PRINT HER THINGS TO THAT PRINTER. IVE TRIED AND TRIED. SO IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS THAT WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

Easy and excellent!

The price was superb, but I worried about the quality of the printer. No need for that. It prints beautifully (as most HP printers tend to so). For a very basic printer that prints well, is a great network printer for college students, and has a decent app, I don't know that there is a finer, easier, or excellent printer.

Good printer, but setup was a pain

Print quality is good, scan quality is excellent, and hardware seems well constructed. The initial setup and software configuration were a pain. I've setup dozens of printers. This one took twice as long as usual and required more user initiated action than I expected. Aside from the install though, this printer is great.
