Terrible

HP support useless. “Defective unit.” I returned to Best Buy (no questions asked; great return policy), and got another HP that was on sale because I wanted instant ink. That one worked for a few hours after set up, then I got the flashing lights and LCD screen blinking with an obscure error code. Again, HP support told me “defective unit.” Purchased a Brother and it works flawlessly. Don’t buy HP printers.
