I bought this to use on the first floor as a general printer so i would not have to run up and down the stairs. I am actually quite pleased with it. Only fault i have run into is it does not hold a lot of paper so you fill more often

After 1 year of use, It's broken just like other cheap printers. But I am ok with it due to the price.

I love this printer, especially because I only paid 20 dollars for it. The setup was somewhat confusing and took longer than expected but still I cannot complain because it is only 20 dollars.

Great printer, not worth the headache for setup

This printer is great, and it was a great price as a Black Friday deal at $20. The prints are clear and high quality. The only problem is the setup. It's as though there's a step (or more) missing from the instructions, which sound so easy until you actually try to follow them. My guess is that there's supposed to be some automated process that kicks off once you follow those steps that is simply not working.
The first time I tried to connect to my wifi, it took 4 hours with 2 hours on a call to an HP agent. The agent was awful, and was no help at all. Eventually, I got connected and I'm still not exactly sure how. Now, I've switched internet providers and I'm back in the same boat, this time 4 hours in and still unsuccessful.
To be clear, I'm competent with computers and ancillary hardware. I used to work for a print shop. I'm ready to throw this thing out of my second floor window.

Got this during a Black Friday sale, I tend to trust HP products for printing needs. Has never failed me before, though Ink prices could be better. Overall, decent printer especially for the price I got it for.

Good budget printer. Seems to go through ink fast, but that's the downside to these inkjet printers. Purchased around black friday, so the price was fair.

The printer seems to work as expected. But the setup was more convoluted and confusing than it needs to be. They provide picture based instructions with minimal detail but you have to read carefully and visit a website to get everything you need to successfully complete setup. They try and get you to use a bunch of different services which only clouds the setup process. Just make it super easy to actually setup (so much so that I don’t even need paper instructions), get me to completion and then offer me all of the other stuff.

I like about it the fact that it is a color printer and it is very cheap. It gets the job done. It is cheaper that buying ink so why not buy the printer with free ink

Printer works fine but be warned no lcd screen. So when ink runs out you can’t see it because heee is no screen, but for the price you can5 go wrong, plus ink refills at just 27.99!

We're happy with the printer overall, but haven't been able to turn off the duplex feature. We followed all the directions on HP website to do so, but continue receive an error message.

I got this printer because it was on sale for $20.00. Then they slipped in a $4.99 geek squad charge. Not very happy about that. The printer is worth the money great quality printing.

It was very easy to set up and no cable required. The only downside is that when it updates it prints so it wastes ink and paper

Bit of a hassle to set up and get running. But apart from that, came with free 15 prints/month with the HP Instant Ink program and only cost $20, can't ask for more. Does the job!
