Excellent simple printer for when you just need to print occasionally. Required me to update the software on my older iPad but all went well with the update.

Easy to set up and the wireless connection is a stepup from my last printer. Don't think I print enough to justify instant ink, but it is an option.

Fairly simple to set up, but I often have to restart when printing from different devices. Overall - ok printer.

This is, by far, the best printer I've ever used. I don't print a ton but have always trusted the HP quality. My last HP printer decided to cause way too many problems, after being owned for more than 15 yrs. I love the quality and wireless. I'm able to remove bulk on my desk to across the room. I will continue to trust HP quality.

This is the last time I buy anything from HP. First off, the printer's connectivity is garbage. When we got it we set it up using the app and connected it to two laptops and a phone, and everything worked great! For about 2 days. Then... it wouldn't connect to anything. And if it did connect, it wouldn't respond. Even when we used a cable to connect it directly to the computer, and when we used the Direct Wireless feature, it would either say offline or not responding, or it would say job complete on the computer, but obviously nothing actually printed. It wouldn't even turn off properly- every time I tried turning it off it took so long that I had to unplug it. Also we found a manual and directions online, and fortunately had another printer cable, but the fact that it doesn't come with any directions or a cable is garbage. Probably went through half a cartridge blindly hitting buttons which printed out pages of useless diagnostics before finding the information online. And, on that note, don't be fooled by the affordability of the ink. We went through a black cartridge in literally one day, and we hardly print anything. I can't imagine how much money you would waste on ink if you're using it for business. And the App was the worst part! It worked for set up, but after that it was hopeless. It was just an endless spinning loading wheel, or it would say "printer connected" and "connectivity high" but "offline" at the same time. Mostly, though, it would detect the printer, but then when I clicked on the printer (or on get supplies, or on my account) it just wouldn't load. We tried with 2 almost new computers, plus 2 new devices, and our wireless is on a brand new router with the fattest internet available. Plus, my partner has worked in IT for years. The last time we gave you a chance was a laptop that turned out to be a complete lemon. It was so bad that Best Buy was wiling to bend their return policy rules for us. But maybe printers will be different, I naively thought, since that's HP's bread & butter! I thought wrong. It's not us, HP, it's you.

Excellent printer for the price. Easy setup, works in any room in the house. Print quality is very good.

Prints well with clarity. I wish there was a more clarity on the button features and there is no way to scan without logging into computer.

Printer is little slow but overall good. I liked it. Little bit hassle to setup but once its setup, all good. Worth for Thanksgiving deal.

Easy to set up. No frills, at home desktop printer that gets the job done. Could it be better? Sure but for the price, really can't complain!

Worth the money. But low on the toner faster than other printers. No complaints as the price is definitely worth it.

Really nice printer, doesn’t come with a lot of set up information and I did struggle to set it up but this might be due it a router issue.
