This printer is GREAT! Compact, easy to set up....user friendly! My young daughter like it as well.

Bought this as a gift for my son who is working at home. He loves it! He said set up was easy and it prints nice. Great value for such a low price point

Good color and functions; easy to use; Great Value for a Black Friday purchase, but the device can only scan one page, which is the only drawback.

Decent printer for the low price. Good for basic printing with no hassles. Took awhile to set up with the app but once setup it’s easy to use.

Was excited with this purchase until I got home and installed the HP smart app on my laptop but the printer wouldn't connect to my network no matter what I did. Called HP support and was on the phone with them for hours but still couldn't connect. Did a bit more research on my own and tried a few things and finally connected the printer through windows settings. Called HP support again because I needed to find out how to get the free ink that the printer came with, the rep that I spoke with this time said that this printer could not connect through a 5g network so I would have to have the laptop and the printer on the 2.4g band so that the printer could connect. (This is not mentioned anywhere in the setup procedure so I'm not sure how anyone would know to do this, especially when some of the HP reps don't even know) Once we made this change I was able to see the printer but when I tried to set up the ink account this model was not included and the rep told me that it was not part of the program even though I have the paperwork that was included in the box saying that it is. He told me that I should check back in a few weeks to see if it gets added. Have checked a few times and so far it is not on the list. Based on all of the problems that I have had I would not recommend this printer.

This is a great all in one printer. It doesn't have a fax feature, but I didn't need that. The price was amazing. At $25 I couldn't pass it up because my parent's Canon finally died. It is very user friendly, and my mom is the main one that will use it at their house. She's in her late 70's and figured it out lickity split. The ink alone would have cost more than the printer. It comes with the black and white and color cartridges. No cable included, but it works flawlessly on the wi-fi.

Good overall. Easy setup on mobile. A little more effort to set up vía computer. Does disconnect WiFi on occasion. Can’t beat that price.

Took forever to set it up. The phone app was painfully slow and had nothing on the screen for several minutes at a time. Had to complete the whole setup which too about 40 min. The canon I had was just as bad as this hp for setup. Ink went in just fine then it said I had to do a calibration. Then it made me do the instant ink setup before it started the calibration. Scan the calibration paper and then the app popped up all by itself in my windows10 pc. Using the windows app instead of the phone would have been 10x faster. It would be better if you could just enter wifi settings on the printer and set it up on a pc. The printer tells you to fold down the paper tray and extend the swing out support to print during setup, but it never reminds you later. It just says "error" and won't print if you don't flip the tray down AND extend the support out. This one can not flip the tray down or extend the support arm out by itself, which I find as a missing feature. The HP app is just a blank screen if the printer isn't ready to print and the trays out, so it just looks like the app is froze until the printer is happy. Disappointed in the software and horrible setup process. Documents print pretty nice and the colors are vivid. So when it is happy, it prints well enough.

Couldn't pass it up at the price and since my printer was printing stripes. Still trying to figure out the set up as I have never had a wireless printer. The basic steps were okay but I had to google how to put the ink in. Also not even diagram to show what the buttons represented and had to go to their support. Kept getting that my Wifi password was wrong which its not so time will tell. Was able to make a copy but need to figure out how to scan. Just tried to set up today even though I bought in December

Not only is it an amazing printer but also has an amazing price. Also fits in a small space, which was exactly what I was looking for!

Fantastic black friday bargain. Can never go wrong with an hp printer. Great for a student or work from home. Can get instank ink from hp or compatible for less money

It's a great printer. It prints high quality & it's small so it doesn't take up my whole desk and it was affordable.

Overall printer was good for price point but setup was a (OMG) terrible experience, my Google Pixel didn't detect this printer. Had to set it up via Ipad. Once installed I was able to print & scan several documents until it turned off and then my HP app wasn't able to detect the printer and had to reset it each time it was restarted. Terrible product from HP, returned the product to BB.

Good Printer for Home use. Print quality very good. though the print speed is slow, output is proper. Feature to print directly from phone makes it easy.

Great Value. Love the new tech and ability to sign up for ink and that the device senses when needed. Saves me a lot of hassle.

Initial setup was a bit tricky (took a long time to get it to either give up on wireless or sustain the connection), but it seems to have been working quite well since. The paper tray is a little flimsy, too, but so far, so good. Also a little disappointed that I can't scan directly from my favorite graphics program. But the scans that I've done (into Microsoft Paint) are pretty good quality. Only time will tell whether this printer suffers from the short-lived reliability of the ink mechanisms I've had with other inkjet printers.

Good quality printing, and good price. It is irritating that HP does not include setup instructions. Takes longer to set up than it should.

Great value for the printer, it was something that we couldn't pass up when special showed up. It is easy to use, it connects to devices pretty well. We bought it for my mom, given the lack of words on the button panels it confuses her. Reminder to always read the manual to know what the buttons are if you're not familiar or new to printers because it will confuse you and you wont be able to use fairly easy.
