This was a great purchase. The price was lower than any other stores. It was so easy to set up and the wi-fi was easy to set up with my laptop. No bulky wires to manage. Thank you for the pleasure of getting something truly useful and at a price so economical, I got 3, 1 for everyone in the house to have one in their rooms.

A great printer for home use, ideal for students, small work-related printing, and general home printing. This model comes with a free ink cartridge for both color and black-white printing. Though, you will need to install the "HP Smart" app on any platform to proceed to set this printer up. This is a very light-weight and easy-to-use printer!

A value for money printer. I bought this for my home office. Was reactively easy to install.

Solid printer. It does exactly what I need it for...light printing and the occasional scan or copy. The HP set up was a little bit of a pain, but I am not super tech savvy and still got it up and running. Love the Instant Ink feature, as I hate buying ink. Overall a good purchase as long as it continues to perform as expected.

Good printer easy to used print fast and easy great price

For home ad hoc printing, this is a great little printer, and with instant ink it is very economical. Around Thanksgiving, deals bring down the price to around 25 and then it's a steal. Instant ink means about 3 bucks for ink if you print upto 50 pgs a month... It's not very fast at printing, but for home use, it does perfectly well. Also has the scanner bed which is good to digitise all your documents too.

Was extra difficult to set up, but no issues after 30 days of almost daily use. Good print quality. I wish you could scan from the device instead of constantly having the use the app. You cannot scan multiple pages at a time with the paper tray, unfortunately. Overall happy with this purchase. HP printers are always quality.

I have had this for a couple weeks. I am not happy with it. I am debating on returning. I have stuff I print off my phone but it seems like the printer goes to sleep and is a pain to wake it up. I follow the instructions and it doesnt help. I just unplug it and go from there. When it prints- its fantastic. The quality is great.

It’s convenient because it’s wireless, was trying to set it up with with my iPhone for about 20 mins. I gave up and just did it with my laptop, that took me less than 5 mins. Now it connects with everything including my iPhone. Save yourselves the trouble and set it up with your computer better.

It is a decent printer for not a lot of money. The ink is not as expensive as others.

This is a great printer for home. I have bought several similar models of this brand. I've gotten all of them when on sale so the price has been $20-$25 which is a great deal. When I run of ink I just buy another one which is cheaper, I think.

Easy to use and its small for my desktop, so good one hp

A great printer when used with HP Instanink services. Great print quality and speed. The only downside I would say is that it struggles occasionally with staying connected to my network. Which could be something on my end. I took advantage of the Instantink service and have truly enjoyed it as well. Not having to stop to go by ink for my small business truly is a time-saver.

The printer performance overall is very good. The Wi-Fi setup with my phone and HP Smart app was easy. Then it went downhill. I connected my HP printer to my computer via a USB cable. Following HP Smart app it kept sending me in circles but no connection. Following a 1/2 wait at HP support and 15 minutes of furious HP tapping it works! Next I signed up for Instant Ink via HP Smart app. When I asked for "4 months are included with printer purchase" which was on a sticker on my printer it went dumb. Following another 1/2 hour wait(different support line) at HP support and 20 minutes of furious tapping and me sending photos of the sticker and my receipt it was successfully completed. Bottom line: printer very good, HP Smart app needs better coding, and Instant Ink (a good program) needs better follow up on their merchandizing offers.
