Easy to set up, it's cute and small. Comfortable to maneuver. I'm happy with it. The ink runs for about 100-120 pages depending on what you're printing. Great for printing important docs you need - not really made for high production setting. The scanner is AWESOME. Thank you HP!

It's been a year with this work printer. The HP smart software is terrible, unable to find the printer so shows offline frequently. While "offline" it will still print with windows. Setting up the Wi-Fi is awful. Resetting the network settings, the HP documentation is non-existent. I had to watch a YouTube video on how to press the power and Wi-Fi button to erase the settings with no indication that it succeeded. Overall print quality is descent. The ink is very cheap. I print a lot of duplex and this is manual duplex. You have to remove all the paper from the stand-up tray then place your printed documents flipped to print on the back side then replace the paper. That's a pain. Scanning, when it works, takes a long time on the lowest DPI settings. I paid $30 for the printer so you get what you pay for. Have only spent $60 in ink for the year.

Good Printer for the good price and works good as expected

for home use this is a great printer and it surpasses the specs hp gives you! if you want a good low priced printer with usual hp quality, this is the one for you!

Love the speed papers fly outta it, Having insta-ink is fabulous. Ever since wireless printers 1st came on the market, they've been hard to connect to WiFi. And after all the years gone by; this printer was a pain to connect to

Got it during a black friday sale for around $28. Super cheap and works for exactly what I need it for simple copies. Prints great from my phone with no issues but with my laptop it does give me some issues sometimes. Overall for me its good

perfectly good basic printer. Set up is a bit odd, but not too bad. The app is somewhat confusing at first. The wifi is slow and so it takes a minute for the print job to show up at the printer. Once there, it's speed is acceptable.

This is a very good printer for the price. The ink that is used for this printer is very reasonable. Which is a plus. The only thing is, I like to always receive a instruction book with my products. Which it does not come with.

Love it and def recommends the insta ink! It’s helped me so much with printing all my lessons. But for some reason it’s always like in this hibernate mode where I have to unplug it and plug it in again to get it to print. It could totally be my fault tho so I still have four stars.

Only had a few days. Box wasn’t in best shaped , hopefully nothing is broken. Little cheap feeling but hey it was a steal at 25 bucks for Black Friday.too early to tell how good or long it will function but so far setup was easy

I got this printer on a really good Black Friday deal. As someone who only uses a printer approximately once per month, this printer is perfect! Easy to set up, easy to use, and affordable ink which is an absolutely bonus!

Perfect printer for basic printing! Bought one of these 4 years ago, it’s an older model and still works just as good! It’s also easy to find the ink anywhere so it doesn’t require any special overly expensive ink.

Well, after 6 months of using the printer here is my review: I honestly regret a thousand times that I bought this printer. The only thing that I have found positive is how it looks, everything else is very bad compared to the printer I had before (also HP). The speed at which it prints is horrible, it prints like a turtle even black and white, do not even think about printing a photo because the colors do not print as seen in the photo in addition to the ink being wet on the photo paper. The printer connects WiFi through 2.4 GHz, now my internet service offers 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi connection and it automatically connects one or the other, but since the printer works only with 2.4 GHz for some reason if I left the printer on it always causes my computer to disconnect from WiFi all the time. I called support and one person tried to fix it but couldn't. In short, every time I finish using the printer I have to turn it off to avoid disconnecting my computer from WiFi. If I leave the printer on after several hours it dies and no button works and I have to disconnect the cable from the power outlet and after several minutes connect it again. In other words, it's a pain in the neck, I can't understand why in 2021 HP sells such bad printers. The truth is HP has lost a lot of quality in its products lately.

So far so good. I’m using this as mostly a document printer from the phones in our house. The printer works great with my iPhone, but android is a little spotty so far. The thing about printers is, you want them to work when you need them and so far this is good.

I really love this printer, I have had hard time trying figure out how to connect wireless because I'm not technology savvy but i think the printer knows because it prints out instruction on different ways to fix the issues you are having so that's pretty cool.

Great price before the Xmas rush. I use it sparingly so it serves its purpose perfectly at that price point. Ink is cheap too so that’s a bonus. Hookup was easy and I’m no tech nerd.

Great deal! You can do everything from an its app.. printing, scanning and copy. It also will order ink when you're low or out of ink. It's perfect! Got this for $25 on Black Friday. Best deal ever!

Good basic printer, you can sign up for instant ink, I did for a year with another printer but didn’t think it was worth it for me and my situation so I did not with this one. Hope this printer last more than a year unlike my last HP printer.

I got this printer on a super sale and it was very cheap (cost of an ink cartridge). Print quality is good and coming from old printers that require a USB connection to a PC, it's a breath of fresh air to set up these newer printers with wireless connection only (where you can easily print from a computer or a mobile device). Instant Ink is a great feature especially for those who don't print a lot - ink cartridges do dry up if not used frequently enough; I went with the $3/month plan which yields an annual cost of $36 (price of probably one and a half HP printer cartridge).

Great product for teens for doing their school work now that everything is online,,, Was affordable and east to set up. My daughter use it with ease for all her school work needs. Love it!
