It does what I need it to do. I’m using it for basic printing. No complaints just yet. I like the refill ink options and the Bluetooth printing. I can print from my upstairs as my printer is in the basement.

This printer is as good or better than any $200 + printer that I've previous owned. The only draw back is that you have to go thru an app to print or scan. Not that difficult, but adds a few steps before completing your tasks.

We buy all of our tv/appliances from Best Buy great products! Great customer service.

I wish it was not so hard to connect to printer but when it did work initially it was great just don’t move or change your WiFi information

The printer came with almost 3 months HP subscription with free ink. Worth the price for family use as it is easy to setup and allows us to print from everywhere with different devices. Smooth experience with best buy

If you don't use it every day it will go off line. You have to unplug evry thing and plug it back to reset. All so you have to down load app, to register on, and go trough this long process just to use the scan feature. This is not a plug in use product. Too much

For the price it really seved its purpose! Only pain it you have to restart your phone everytime you do something print, scan, etc.

The only thing that I didn't like about this printer is that I have to be subscribed to HP instant ink in order to use the printer. It would keep log of how much copies you would make and if needed a replacement soon to send to you.

Good printer but hard to set up especially scanner, also paper tray is limited so it is not good for large jobs just good for home office use

Would not recommend super hard to get it to go through wifi. Printing quality ok. You can use the app to print of you can get the wifi to work.

Great printer. Small enough to fit in any space. Hi-tech enough to allow me to print from anywhere in my house. It also comes with 9-months free HP ink trial which has been fantastic and convenient.

This is a great little printer. And the deal has it coming with free ink for about 9 months - can't beat that - and it tracks usage so it ships the new cartridges automatically. It has a very small footprint, and is quiet. I work from my DR table a lot, so I wanted something unobtrusive, and this is it!

This is the worst printer I’ve ever owned in my entire life, and I’ve owned dozens of them for Personal and Work use. It was super complicated to get connected to Wi-Fi. It was next to impossible to get them to send us in even though we had the ink plan that we paid for a monthly. We paid for the plan as well and we paid for several months and got one package of paper. We never got it to stay on. They would tell us they were going to cancel our subscription for paper and ink because we needed to keep our printer connected to the Wi-Fi but if it went to sleep within say 20 seconds, then it would disconnect from the Wi-Fi and the only way to get the printer to turn off was to unplug it from the wall wait a few seconds and then plug it back in and then print really really fast before the printer fell asleep . I called toll-free numbers all over this country and spent hours and I’m not kidding hours on the phone with Customer Service multiple days in a row. I actually allotted an entire day to get it sorted out so that we could do our business work and our children could do homework. Oddly enough, my father-in-law bought the same exact printer and threw it in the garbage for the same reasons. I don’t care if it’s cheap, you’re throwing your money in the garbage so save yourself the money or just burn your cash now and throw it in a pit, that’s exactly what I intend to do with this printer. This thing is garbage!!!
