I was hesitant to purchase. However, I needed access to a printer over the holidays and luckily I came across this one. Easy to setup. I already have an HP account, so the smart print was easy to use and navigate. I also love that I received a fresh pack of ink a week later through the promo they have for HP Smart Ink. I was surprised by the printing speed for B&W pages. I haven't tried the color, but worth the value for what I need. I don't print every day, just 1-5 page docs.

Love this printer. Excellent print quality for such an inexpensive price. Compact size stores away when not using it. Would definitely recommend!

Very easy to set up and easy to use. I had a wireless printer several years ago and it was difficult to set up and worked sporadically. I guess time has improved the wireless printing experience!! None of the problems I was expecting. It works flawlessly.

Had a hard time getting acquainted with the new technology; my old computer was 25 years old and had served me very well. I was glad to buy this computer, it came at a time when i really needed one my old 2000 had two large black sunspots and a trailblazer across its bow. So. I knew it was time. I have always had a HP, so there was no change for me. And, if I had a problem, I knew I could take it to GEEK SQUAD for help. Well after GEEK squads help, familiarizing myself with most of its components, I am now on my way to a happy computer life with my HP laptop (bought it at a great price, too). Also had to buy a new printer, happy with that too, Yes, it's a HP. Well, that's my story and I am going to stay a HP person.

Printer does a good job printing, but have had a couple small issues. First one was just print jobs being stuck. It's happened a lot more than other printers, so I can't say it's this one's fault. Secondly, requiring an account to do document scanning wirelessly is a bit on the rough side. Really wish you could just do a scan with your phone app without an account. It goes on sale often enough though to warrant purchasing.

So far this printer being smaller, lighter and easy to move from room to room meets my needs and expectations.

Meets my needs very well. It is small, was easy to set up, and the price was very reasonable.

I desperately needed a cheap printer that works. With kids in school there’s always a form or a ticket to print and I got tired of doing them at work or the library. This does the job. I set it up with the app on my phone and then added it to my laptop. Start to finish for u packaging and having it on both devices it was around an hour to set it up. I did sign up for the ink service and all ready received my first shipment.

Looking for a simple easy to do printer, here it is, connected over Wi-Fi and everything was quick and easy to print!

So affordable and easy to set up and use. For the price, you can’t really beat this. Picture quality is just slightly less than desirable

I print 10 to 25 pages a month so my review is based on a fairly low volume, but so far, it has been reliable and has printed what I've needed with no quality issues. There are a number of negative reviews that mention the Instant Ink offer. If you sign up for it, HP monitors your printer usage and ink levels. They ship you replacement cartridges prior to you running low. I find it very handy to not have to worry about running out of ink. The cost seems fair and there are different tiers that you can sign up for. The cost is based on the number of pages you "expect" to print, monthly. You can change tiers at any time throughout the year. One tier might be adequate for normal print months, but might not be best for tax time or other periods of the year. You do have to create an account with HP in order to be able to take advantage of the program and I guess that's why some people don't like it, but it works for me.

I don't print a lot, so this is the perfect printer for my needs. Great price and the 9 month promo for frre ink from HP is a bonus. Was easy to set up, reliable

Like this wireless printer. Takes getting used to wifi printer. Sometimes when I turn it on my smart TV's screen will go blank. It prints out quality documents. Like the size too.

It works great! The ink delivery system is free for 6 months, so that really helps. And the quality of printing as well as the app are excellent.
