Just got it. Setup is trickier than HP thinks it is. It stops several times during installation, but if you keep restarting it, it eventually finishes. According to the instructions, it MUST be online in order to work, even if you are printing from your PC via USB, which is a BIG drawback! As a workaround, if you tether it to your phone, it will have a connection, even if you don't have home internet. Then, when you install the software, it inevitably downloads other software that should have been part of the initial installation. IT WORKS! The first few tests, simple things like printing from a webpage or my phone, were successful. I will add here DON'T BUY EPSON! My last one setup easy and worked ONCE. I'm recommending this one because at least it actually works.

For the price that I paid, it is a very efficient printer. Prints very clear. Easy to set up. Would definitely recommend. Only critique would be the size of the ink. Will run out real quickly but like I said for the price, it is very reasonable.

Prior to buying this, i always had issues with printers and ink. Lots of connection errors and was required to buy ink at least once or twice a quarter. This printer is truly amazing, its small and light, and it prints so fast. I also love the HP instant ink free subscription that comes with it, $3.99 a month subscription and i dont have to worry about buying ink ever again!

This is the second one of these printers I've purchased recently. It's reliable, easy-to-use and compacted so I can use in my office or in my bedroom on my laptop.

This printer is an improvement over the last couple of printers I've owned. It's definitely faster, it was easier to set up out of the box. So far we have set up all the applications except for the fax portion; the printer is set up far away from the phone line and that's why we haven't been able to connect; this was the problem with the previous two printers; I'm going to have to get a very long telephone extension cord to be able to connect the telephone line to the printer. Hopefully I'll be able to accomplish this process soon!

Great printer with easy set up. Just download the hp printer app and follow the prompts. The only problem is they keep trying to sell their automatic ink refill. I don’t need to pay for an ink program only to be constantly harassed by hp to buy ink! I was even able to print high quality color photos from my phone. Beautiful.

I purchased two HP-Deskjet Wireless all-in-one printers. I set up one. You can go to Hp website to get wireless quick start guide to find clear set up instructions. I only used print function so far. it was cheap & uses the cheaper 67 HP ink.I do not recommend the 3 months free instant ink unless you read all the fine print & find it is right for you. The program is complicated& you may end up with more ink expenses then you expected. or you may not be able to print if you are over your page limit. I believe you can only use HP ink with this program & maybe with this printer. So we are forced to pay what ever corporate decides they want to charge us for ink refills.

I picked up the printer a month ago however, I just had an opportunity to install it today January 6. I use the HP Smart app to install a machine and it worked perfectly but not on the first try. It didn't take long after that to connect to my Wi-Fi net work, along with my other devices in my home. I've tested it in several different rooms away from the printer and it prints perfectly. The color and print quality is excellent. I got a hot bargain on a BEST BUY CUSTOMER alert.

This replaced a Canon printer and I'm so glad I went with HP. Super easy setup and great print quality. Would highly recommend.

We needed a printer that is wireless. This matched our budget and so easy to setup with the app. Also you can opt in for ink delivery.

Great basic home office printer for the price. Wish it had doubled sided printing but I didn’t check before I purchased so if that’s important to you, choose a different model. Great as a secondary printer if you just need a page or two at a time and work in a different room or floor than your primary printer. Easy to set up.

Its quite easy to setup and the print quality is very good. Subscription makes it easy to print without worrying too much about the ink prices. You can also print photos.
