It's definitely faster, it was easier to set up out of the box. So far we have set up all the applications except for the fax portion; the printer is set up far away from the phone line and that's why we haven't been able to connect; this was the problem with the previous two printers; I'm going to have to get a very long telephone extension cord to be able to connect the telephone line to the printer. Hopefully I'll be able to accomplish this process soon!

The print quality is excellent even when you print on grayscale. The colors are bright and there is no bleeding between colors. I have checked the price for the ink cartridges, and they are less expensive than the ones for my last printer.

It is great for quick and easy print jobs. I was excited to purchase this to use at home. The price waa reasonable. I downloaded the HP Smart app and am able to access the HP support team for any questions that I have. I will recommend to family and friends! Thanks! Jenn

The reason for 4 stars vs 5, is that the printer is cheaply made. Therefore the low, low price. Looking for a low cost option, it can't be beat!!!

We looked at some more expensive models then saw this one advertised. The only thing it did not have that our other printer had was faxing. We never fax so we decided to try it and are very pleased.

The app instructions made it super easy in doing the setup, inserting the ink and all. It prints and scan clearly in which I’m very impressed as I have used printers before and this one out did it. It’s so easy to use omg I love it.

Like the fact that I have a choice to use InstaInk service. Have used it before and loved it. However this printer will be rarely used and I will not purchase this service. Love the way it looks on my white desk and in white office setup. Would buy again.
