    I don’t print a lot but the items I have printed work well. You have to download their software to print and to get the automatic ink refills. I love the option to print wirelessly from my phone, makes things convenient. I’m giving 4 stars b/c I am not a fan of the tray where printed items go but overall it’s good.

    This is a good printer. However, it does seem to turn off and won’t allow printing until you unplug it from the wall. I am still trying to figure out how to stop that from happening so I can print and go.
