    While my intent was to get a cheap extra printer as a back up, this little jewel makes the most vibrant color copies, is slow but easy to scan with and just does all I need from a printer at a fraction of the cost of much more expensive ones. Great!!

    Issues from day 1 and lasted 3 weeks. Think it may of been a lemon. Had purchased the 4 yr warranty and exchanged the unit for the same one but was charged additional $10.85. Hp phone support were awesome trying to troubleshoot the many issues encountered. Keeping ny fingers crossed that this replacement will be working well. Got it on sale and thought it was a good buy.

    The printer was available in ready within an hour or two. I had a broken arm. So the gentleman behind the counter offered to put it in my car for me. That was awesome customer service!!

    Lowkey this printer sucks. It’s a pain to get connected to wi-fi, and heaven forbid you have to change the network and/or you forget your EWS password. You will be going in circles for DAYS. Contrary to popular belief tho, you do NOT need to enroll in Instsnt Ink for your printer to work. Just know that if you do, and you un-enroll you will HAVE to buy new cartridges that are not Instant Ink
