My past positive experiences with HP prompted to me this purchase but I am very dissatisfied with my DeskJet 2755e. In processing year end reports and W-2/W-3's I have already used five cartridges of ink whereas with other models I have owned I may have used two. The paper feed holds little paper and likes to get jammed. Sadly, had this been my first experience with an HP printer it would have been my last.

I’m sorry you’ve had a bad experience with your printer thus far. I can certainly understand why jams at the feeder, rapid ink use and a lesser paper capacity than you’d like would add up to a poor start to ownership. I want to help you remedy the problems you can so you can get the most from the device, so I’ll offer some resources I hope will make that happen.
First, I recommend you follow the steps in this guide to document feeders that pull through too many pages at once or fail to pick up paper at all:

Regarding ink use, I can’t tell from your review how many pages you’ve gotten from each set of cartridges nor how this compares with their page-yield estimates. The XL cartridges designed for your printer have estimated page yields of 200 to 240 pages, while the regular sizes are designed to produce 100 to 120 pages.
If your results differ dramatically from those – or if the feeder problem persists – I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Bad service on Printer

I tried to get the feel squad help but they wouldn't answer a phone call & when I went on line to schedule an income apt, the soonest we could get one was a week away...son was starting class & needs it now...not much help from best buy on a product purchased from them.
