The printer itself makes nice prints. Once it was insralled, it was great; however, installation was HORRIBLE and took way too long to complete. From inaccurate directions to sub-par customer support, and CONSTANTLY sending me requests to joining their auto-ship ink service; It has me questioning whether this is my last HP printer.

I do like this printer. I just would like not having to work through an app though. I am old school though. It does the job and it was decently priced.

bought at BB for my son for college. Literally carried from BB to my car, to his dorm. That's it. box was square and easy to move. he hasn't used it yet after 5 weeks of class, so can't comment on quality and durability. hey, it's 2022, who in college really needs a printer anyhow.

I absolutely love this printer it has a lot of options and the app is easy to use. The fact that I can get ink and paper mail to me monthly is awesome with definitely recommend.

This computer was easy to hook up and install, however I couldn't get signed up for the ink delivery. I don't know if that was a problem on my end or not. It prints fast and a great value for the money.

Great little printer. We don’t print a ton, but love that it’s compact compared to our old printer, also HP. Quality seems very good so far. Easy set up/WiFi connection.

When connected to wifi, it works great! Original set-up was a bit of a pain and took about 3 hours to successfully connect to my home wifi network. I've found it disconnects quite frequently and I have to turn it on and off a few times in order to actually get it connected again. Love the email-to-print feature + scanning works great!

Bought this because I needed a printer while working from home, I didn’t need anything fancy but needed a scanner. This is perfect. Easy to hook up - didn’t even need to hassle with our IT department to get past permissions. Prints decent color documents quickly. Scanning is a bit cumbersome but it works and is easy to use. Love that it’s wireless. I opted out of the hp ink program because I wasn’t sure how much I’d be printing. So far I’m on the starter cartridges still & have printed 35-50 pages in color mostly. Cartridges are horribly expensive but if you’re printing a lot it might be worth joining the program. Overall after using for a couple of weeks I’m very pleased with it.
