Does it job and prints well. I was told that I'd receive 6 months of instant ink included; however, when setting it up the app kept crashing or it was always down... You're given about a couple days to redeem the 6 months of instant ink but no luck. Never got to redeem my offer of 6 months free of ink.

Best Buy technician connected my printer to my laptop. Showed me how to print and how to connect to my wifi. She was very friendly and helpful. Made having tool tec worth every penny

Perfect printer for the home. Easy set-up easy to operate.

Soooo many issues with using this that I'll never purchase it again. You had to be logged several ways for it to work. Every time I shut off my computer I had to reconnect it and it was very convoluted on how to do it.

Currently HP printer is over 10 years old. So what would you think I would consider to replace it. Right another HP printer. I’m super pleased with the installation process and instructions. Easy to follow

The HP - DeskJet 2755 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink-Ready Inkjet printer in white is a very simple machine and affordable printer that has some very good features. Actually, when I saw it I immediately thought how easy it would be to transport this machine from room to room in one's home or take it on vacation if one was using an RV or take it on the road if one travelled to visit their customers and need to be able to print. This printer is very light in weight and has a small footprint when placed on a solid surface, measuring about 17" looking down from east to west, 12" from north to south, and 6" tall. This does not come with a full blown owner's manual, to get more information one must go online to www.hp.com/go/DJ2755a . It does come with a "Get Started" half-page piece of paper, with pictures, that 1st, asks you to take off the blue tape holding parts in place for shipping and then plug it into the electric socket while turning it on, 2nd to download the HP Smart App which is essential for printer setup, and 3rd follow the app's instructions for set up. I already had the app for a previous set HP printer set up, but they do request that you have the most updated version of that app, by the way. By the way, set up was easy peasy and I do love that it resets its Wi-Fi when I moved it from one location to another, there is a dual bank Wi-Fi with reset and if that is not your condition this printer also has Wi-Fi direct where you can connect either your computer, your smartphone, or your tablet directly to the printer wirelessly. So, I have now set this printer up with my Android Smartphone, my HP tablet/laptop, and my desktop, all using different operating systems from the android nougat to Windows 7 Professional to Windows 10. This is a print, scan, and copy printer and you can direct it to print and copy in either color or in black and white on the top of the machine or by the app. I am a self-employed CPA and this is not the machine for an office setting where heavy use will occur and the need for speed in printing is vital. However, for so many people that literally live off their phones and get documents with no way to print them this is perfect. I will email clients things to read and/or sign and they have no way to print. Now with the cost of this machine and its ability to print and scan, there is no excurse anymore. While it is not a quick printing experience, it is dependable. Remember that HP has an ink buying program that you must set up within 7 days of setting up for operation starting at free for 15 pages with pricing escalating for more printing that is done. This is a good buy but, it’s not easy to set it up wireless the instructions are hard and then when trying to get the setup for Instant ink it doesn’t work.

I live this printer. It was delivered in less than 24 hours and only took 10 minutes to set up and print out a label. The price is great and i love the look of the printer. Thank you Best Buy and HP! Lol

Bought this for home use 6/23 and it has yet to print wify. I called Geeks first and their cost for an all day wait was 100 bucks for a 67 dollar printer. Dream on. I called other Tech support and was told HP printers have gone seriously downhill especially with their wifi. My option due to the enormous greed of Best Buy is no return, tough luck so I will destroy the printer for the sheer joy of it and purchase a Brother or Epsom and it will not be thru Best Buy.
