My god daughter was so excited to receive the printer as a gift for Christmas. She says she wants to be a school teacher when she grows up. Therefore, she needs to print out papers for her stuffed animals/ classroom.. Super cute! She loved it!

The size, the color, and the actual printing that it performs are good. HOWEVER, the loading of paper is complicated, and frequent jams occur. It's not as reliable as a few other HP printers that I've had over time, where those simply had a paper drawer and the feed was easy and more reliable. This is an inexpensive printer, and therefore it is a little more compicated (and probably less reliable) than some of the other models. If you only print a few pages a week, then maybe this will meet your basic need.

I love everthing about this printer/copier - the size, color, ease of use and quality of copies. The price was right too!

The printer does everything we need it to do and it fast,efficient and I would buy another one for my personal use because its worth every penny.

The printer is great, but it took 2 calls to the geek squad to get me up and running. The first tech took several hours and never solved my problem. The tech on the second day solved all three of my issues in 20 minutes.

It works great but when it's printing too slowly and the paper holder is not easily functioning.

It was difficult set up and it took a long time for me. The printer is nice but I hate that it constantly has information that needs printed. The app with it is not very helpful and sometimes the ink prints funny. It is a nice printer though for its price.
