HP Printer Trouble

I had to download their app on cell phone and computer, go through all kinds of loops to get it to work. I am not a novice on computers and did not find this printer user friendly. Haven't tried scanning yet so can't say anything about that. The ink that came with the printer is already about half and haven't used it that much.

Good quality prints

My Printer

It was easy to set up and is easy to use. I would recommend this printer to all that I know. The ink is great and simple to install. I love my printer and encourage all to try one

Driver is not stable

I have two computers, one works well, but the other works well sometimes and does not work with offline status sometimes. Once it happens, and recovers next time, many duplicates are printed.

Disappointed in HP Smart software

The HP Smart app is cloud based so when the internet connection was broken I was unable to print or even scan to the printer even though I am connected via USB cable. I bought this to help scan in family photos, but I don't want to be hobbled by the software. The previous printer in our home office allows us to work even when the internet connection is down (we live in a rural area).

Not sure why it stopped responding to other devices' print requests, but I was happy with it until that point.

Good, but works inconsistently

The price was good, but I wish it worked consistently. It's a hassle to restart it just to print, but I don't print things much. It's decent for it's price.
